Are you the one making it possible for people to stay at home? To create good conditions at work and strengthen the work environment, we are now expanding our teams.

We are therefore looking for more nursing assistants, caregivers, and aides for our home care center in Tynnered.

Working in home care means that you support and assist the care recipient in their own home based on approved services. You travel to the individual's home by bike or car. Your work includes practical help with personal hygiene and care, support during meals, activities, laundry, cleaning, and more. You also perform health and medical tasks according to instructions and delegation from licensed personnel. All documentation is done digitally.

Working in elderly care gives you the opportunity to contribute to joy and well-being in life. The goal is for care recipients to have meaningful days, where you provide good care and social support. You have the opportunity to develop in your professional role while making a difference for those we are here for. Our operations are running every day, which means that working hours are during the day, evening, and weekends.

As a nursing assistant, caregiver, and aide in home care, you will have a varied job where you contribute to a dignified and meaningful life.

Qualifications

Requirements:

• Good language skills in Swedish, both spoken and written
• You can bike and have experience cycling.

Meritorious but not a requirement:

• Trained nursing assistant, you can show the National Board of Health and Welfare's certificate of protected professional title
• Trained caregiver
• Experience in care and support work
• B driver's license and driving experience
